Terms of use
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms cover the independent Keepsake beta at kpsk.net. By using this beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
A personal beta
Keepsake is an experimental personal project for saving and organizing media references. Access may be limited, features may change and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. No paid subscription is offered through this beta.
Creating a sign-in account does not guarantee library access. Existing personal archives remain restricted to their authorized owner while independent libraries and migration are being completed.
Joining the waitlist requests a beta invitation; occasional updates are optional. Joining does not create an account or guarantee an invitation date. You can ask to leave the list by emailing calebcphotos@gmail.com.
Your account and use
Use an account you are authorized to use, protect your sign-in access and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. Do not attempt to access another person’s private content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful activity.
Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in content you add. You give the project permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing you explicitly enable. Only upload or share material you have permission to use.
You are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom. Anyone with an active board view link may be able to view that board. Do not put passwords, sensitive credentials or other material unsuitable for this beta into shared content.
Third-party content
Media and links from other services remain subject to their owners’ rights and the original services’ terms. Keepsake is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. A saved link or preview is not a promise that the original content will remain available, play fully or work on every device.
Availability and copies
The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important material. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Access, removal and changes
Access may be restricted to maintain the beta or address misuse or security problems. Contact us to request removal of your account or content; removing an account and purging stored archive data are separate processes during the beta.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears above. Questions, support and content-removal requests can be sent to calebcphotos@gmail.com.
